We have recently upgraded our hardware once again. The server originates from the Hetzner Server Auction and is a significant upgrade for only a small additional monthly fee.
The migration of the server has been completed.
The new server contains:
- Intel Xeon E3-1275V6
- 2x SSD M.2 NVMe 512 GB
- 4x RAM 16384 MB DDR4 ECC (64 GB)
Compared to our previous server this doubles our RAM, improves CPU by 30 points, and switches our hard drives from HDDs to SSDs once again.
Of course all the goodies like ECC, 1Gbit NIC, redundant backbone and unlimited traffic are still being retained.
The new server costs 41€ per month, an increase of 5€ per month compared to the previous one.
