noU is the official wing of Blood is Good. VoDKa is the boss, so do what he says.
Also noU will have one very own TF2 server soon, managed by VoDKa. What kind of server that will be is all upon him.
noU members can be BiG members at the same time. Also noU members don't have to be BiG members.
